National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

NAMI provides mental health resources, including information dedicated to COVID-19 and tips for wellbeing. NAMI Resource List

American Psychological Association

The American Psychological Association provides links to helpful articles on adjusting to life during a pandemic. There are resources for new remote workers, managing anxiety while staying informed, and links to other helpful resources trusted by the APA.
