The Facility Master Plan will outline library facilities’ needs to meet community needs/demands for the next 20 years.  The Facility Master Plan will include facility assessment(s) of adequacy to deliver Library services, library system overview, benchmarking studies and development of Planning Guidelines for City Library facilities, demographic analysis and growth projections, capacity and functionality analysis, review of Library Strategic Plan (in progress), output measures, use patterns, and results of all community participation.   The Facility Master Plan will contribute to the initiation and findings for the Saugus Library Center, including location and size recommendations.
